Many of the people we work with are under 18, so we treat their data with extra care.

  • A parent or guardian is welcome to be present at every audition and shoot.

  • Brands, casting directors and production houses: only after the parent or guardian approves, and only the information needed for that opportunity.
  • Service providers: companies that help us run the website, email, forms and analytics (see section 7). They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
  • Legal reasons: when the law, a court or a government authority requires it.

6. Photos and videos

We will not post, publish or share your child’s photos, videos or name on our website, social media, advertising or with third parties without written consent from a parent or guardian.
